ACROSS ART ON YOUTUBE AND SPOTIFY

Launched at the end of May on the Borghese Gallery’s social media channels, Across Art, the new digital format arising from a kind of dialogue between different artistic disciplines such as painting, music and acting, has been a great success.

The intermingling between the arts, which on this occasion have proven themselves as never before to be sisters, has generated new emotions and different readings, transmitted to the public thanks to the generous contribution of the artists.

Across Art recounts the masterpieces collected by Scipione Borghese through contributions by leading figures on the contemporary music, film and theatre scene in Italy. The works of the gallery, chosen on the basis of universal themes such as love, war, violence and freedom are commented on, in a dual register, by lines of songs chosen and performed by actors and by playlists specially selected by musicians.
