Landscape with Christ Tempted by Satan
This work on copper perhaps comes from the legacy of Olimpia Aldobrandini. It is attributed to Jan Bruegel the Elder but was probably executed by a member of his circle to models by Bruegel, who imported into Italy the Flemish tradition of landscapes animated by little scenes depicting religious episodes.
