REFUNDS


If you bought the ticket before it became free and you want to request a refund, you can only do so through the channel where you bought the ticket.

 

  • Did you purchase through the Galleria Borghese website or from Ticketone? Fill out this form on https://www.ticketone.it/helpcenter/?form=1
  • Did you purchase through the call center? Call 06 32810 or send an email to info@tosc.it
  • Did you buy at the museum cash desk or in a sales point? Bring the ticket to the point of sale where you purchased the ticket

 

Do not forget to attach or present the original ticket in order to proceed with the cancellation.

 

The museum is not responsible for purchases made through unofficial channels (tour operators, agencies, guide companies, etc.) and customers will therefore have to request a refund from the person who sold the ticket.
