Services for the visitors

Visitors must deposit objects such as medium and large bags, shoppers, backpacks, baggages, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and others whose degree of dangerousness or encumbrance will be judged by our security personnel.
Only small fanny packs and purse no larger than 21 x 15 cm are allowed to enter.
In addition, it is forbidden to enter the Museum with food, beverages (including water), or animals (with the exception of guide dogs).
Strollers are allowed for children of up to 2 years old.
The Museum Bookshop is managed by Artem Srl. The Bookshop is open from 8.30 a.m. until 7.00 p.m.
Audio guides can be hired next to the Ticket Office.
The cost of the audioguides is €5.00.
The contents of the audio guides cover the permanent collection and works from the current temporary exhibition. The tracks dedicated to the latter are available in Italian, English and Chinese
Audio guides are in English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese and Ukrainian, the latter as part of a hosting project in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine.
The service is managed by Vivi and it is open from 9.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m
