PRESENTATION OF THE SERIES MATERIALITY

On Friday, December 10th at 7 p.m. in the Mariano Rossi hall of the Galleria Borghese was held the presentation of the series Materiality, curated by Donata Levi and Lucia Simonato. The two volumes The Nature of Art. Pliny the Elder on Materials edited by Anna Anguissola and Andreas Grüner and Building with Paper. The Materiality of Renaissance Architectural Drawings edited by Dario Donetti and Cara Rachele have been presented.

Speakers included Massimo Osanna, General Director of Italian Museums, Ministry of Culture, and Alina Payne, Director Paul E. Geier Villa I Tatti Harvard University Center.
