Groups

Guided tours are admitted every day, up to a maximum of 4 groups per visiting slot. Groups can be composed of a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 15 people, in addition to the guide and children under 15 years old, and the use of earphones is mandatory. The obligation to wear earphones also remains in the case of guided tours with at least 5 participants.

School groups are admitted up to a maximum of 25 students in addition to the guide and accompanying teachers.

Tour guides can book their free access exclusively by calling +39 06 32810. The call center will verify the legitimacy of the request.

Dedicated staff members have been made available by the Galleria Borghese to coordinate and assist visiting groups.

Tour operators and travel agencies

Tour operators and travel agencies can only make reservations through the Booking Center by calling 06.32810 or sending an email to info@tosc.it.

Tour operators and travel agencies may book a maximum of three groups per day in three different time slots from among those available, subject to the established capacity (min. 7, max. 15). It is also possible to book individual tickets up to a limit of 5 tickets (+1 guide) for a maximum of two time slots from among those established (12 noon, 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5:45 p.m.).

The Booking Center will process requests in the order in which they are received, ensuring fair conditions for all operators. 

Tour operators and agencies are prohibited from purchasing tickets for the Museum through channels other than the one indicated. If, following periodic checks, purchases made through other channels (e.g., website and/or box office) attributable to the same tour operator or agency are found, the Ticketing service agent will send a warning notice and reserves the right to prohibit the aforementioned operator from booking tickets.
