Adriano Aymonino – Meraviglia senza Tempo Ep.2

Here is another insight created for the exhibition “Timeless wonder. Painting on stone in Rome in the Cinquecento and Seicento”, on view from 25th October at the Galleria Borghese. In this second video Adriano Aymonino, Professor of Art History at Buckingham University, tells us more about the paesina stone and “La presa di Gerusalemme”, a spectacular work by Antonio Tempesta painted on this precious stone.
