MUSEUM ENTRY WITH SUPER GREEN PASS. NEW PROVISIONS FROM JANUARY 10, 2022
Starting from January 10, 2022 to access the Galleria Borghese, in compliance with the provisions of DL December 24, 2021, n. 221, it will be necessary to show the Super Green Pass (i.e. the one issued following vaccination or recovery from COVID), which validity, from February 1st 2022, is 6 months.
The Green Pass is not required for children under 12 years old and for those exempt on the basis of appropriate medical certification issued according to the criteria defined by the circular of the Ministry of Health.
At the entrance of the museum, the staff in charge will check the validity of the green certificate and will compare the personal data with those of a valid identity document, which must be shown together with the certificate.
Please arrive at the museum 15 minutes early and with your documents visible in order to facilitate the control operations.
Tour guides and tour leaders, in the exercise of their profession, have access to the museum with the basic green pass (proof of a negative swab test). As of February 15, 2022, and until June 15, a Super green pass (proof of vaccination or recovery from COVID) will be required for all Italian citizens and citizens of other European Union member states residing in Italy who have reached the age of 50 (excluding exemptions).
For those who have a non-European certificate of vaccination or healing, we recommend that you read the Circular of the Ministry of Health: Equivalence of vaccination and healing certificates issued by third countries .
